Leadership
As a Presbyterian church, we are governed by a session of elders, comprised of the ruling and teaching elders (the Greek word for "elder" is presbyteros, hence the name of our denomination). Our elders shepherd the flock as servants of the Good Shepherd, Jesus Christ.
Our Session
Pastor Ryan Speck was called as the Pastor of Redeemer Presbyterian Church (PCA) in July, 2012. He came to Columbia, Missouri, with his wife and daughters from Norfolk, Virginia, where he served as an Associate Pastor from 2007 through 2012. Pastor Speck received his M.Div from Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. Pastor Speck and his wife, Carolina, have six daughters: Naomi, Elianna, Charity, Bella, Abigail, and Maria.
